By downloading and using the KWEWK application (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this app.
KWEWK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control. You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices

• Use the App for any illegal or harmful purposes
• Modify or create derivative works of the App
KWEWK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App generates time-based activity suggestions for your entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any suggestions provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KWEWK shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. KWEWK makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
