KWEWK User Agreement
By downloading and using the KWEWK app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
KWEWK is provided as a simple time suggestion tool for personal entertainment. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the App.
KWEWK does not require user registration or account creation. The App operates locally on your device without user tracking or data collection.
All content, features, and functionality of KWEWK (including design, text, graphics, and code) are the exclusive property of KWEWK and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works of the App
• Attempt to bypass security features
• Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Redistribute or sell the App
KWEWK is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
KWEWK makes no warranties regarding the App's functionality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Activity suggestions are for entertainment purposes only.
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
